• Elite: This card is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue.

• Renewal: Remember to renew your card before the expiry date to continue enjoying our services and benefits.

Platinum Card Validity

• Platinum: This card is life time from the date of issue.

• Note: Subject for approval & evaluations.

 

Usage Instructions

• Presentation: This card must be presented at any time to Dace  Facial Care & Body Spa!

• Redemption: You can redeem your card points for a variety of services, treatments, products at our centre.

• Non-Cash Redemption: This card cannot be redeemed for cash or replaced if lost or stolen.

 

Important Information

• Non-Transferable: This card is strictly non-transferable and should only be used by the person it was issued to.

• Lost Card: If found, please return to the address provided below.
